Post a job. Every applicant takes a short, timed quiz. You interview the ones who pass it, not the best CV writers.

How it works
Your logo, your colors, your domain. Jobs are markdown with tags - the tags decide which questions a candidate can get, or you curate an exact questionnaire per job. SEO-ready with Google Jobs structured data.
A couple of minutes, ~15 seconds per question, practice run first. Monitoring is disclosed and acknowledged before anything starts, and skipping the quiz never kills the application.
timing & scoring: server-side · client timers are cosmetic
Applications arrive ranked by score with per-question answers, per-tag breakdowns, and integrity flags. Pipeline stages, notes, interview scheduling with live calendar slots - the ATS-lite part.
flags inform humans · nothing auto-rejects
Why trust the quiz
When a candidate asks why they didn't advance, you can point at a real result: same rules for everyone, no way to peek at answers, no bot deciding anyone's fate. These guarantees are enforced by the test suite, not just promised here.
Yes, ChatGPT exists. A remote quiz can't prove who typed - it doesn't have to. The quiz decides who you talk to; the conversation verifies. It replaces CV keyword piles, not interviews.
Own your hiring data
Self-host freely for your own hiring, commercial use included. The code stays open.
Postgres, storage, worker, app - docker compose up
on your infrastructure, EU or wherever your candidates are.
Privacy notices, retention purge, erasure & DSAR tooling built in - plus a compliance pack: controller guide, pre-filled DPIA, Art. 30 records, breach runbook.
Candidate pages set no cookies and load nothing third-party. There is deliberately nothing to consent-banner.
Question bank
225 questions across 12 packs today, and adding more is the whole point: a question is a few lines of YAML, a new pack for your field is a pull request away - no backend code, reviewed in the open, difficulty-laddered 1-5. Company-private questions stay in your instance.
